Innes Watson
Professional guitarist, fiddler, singer and composer, Innes Watson (Bachelor of Arts in Scottish Music RSAMD) is currently residing in Glasgow trying to work as a full time musician. Playing with some of the best up-and-coming acts of Scotland such as Lori Watson: Three, Border Fiddles, the Treacherous Orchestra, the Trotters. He was also a short-term member of the currently non-touring Fred Morrison Band and Croft No Five! Short-lived legends... Innes is currently working on a solo album which will feature brand new music and concepts in contemporary Scotland.
Duncan Lyall
Duncan is a bass guitarist and double bassist residing in Glasgow, Scotland. Originally from Dunblane, he moved to Glasgow to study music at the University of Strathclyde. During this time he joined the folk group, Brolum and went on to produce two albums with them. Since graduating in 2001, Duncan has been playing bass with artists such as Back of the Moon, Jenna Reid, Emily Smith, Ross Ainsley, Jarlath Henderson, Finlay MacDonald, Queen Anne's Revenge, Sunhoney, Angus Lyon and Ruaridh Campbell. In 2003 Duncan joined the roots fusion group Croft No Five. He is also part of the Fred Morrison Band and Box Club. Duncan is also a member of the Tim Berella Big Band
As well as his work as a performing and recording musician Duncan is an experienced engineer and producer. In addition to the albums he produced with Brolum, he has recently produced the album, "A Tale of the Howe" by Rodger Lyall, co-produced and mixed "18 Months Later" by Angus Lyon and Ruaridh Campbell and is currently co-producing with Ali Hutton an album for Gaelic and Scots singer, Maeve Mackinnon.
Patsy Reid
Patsy Reid is from Knapp in Perthshire and despite her young age, she has a great amount of experience in performing and teaching both traditional and classical music. She remains the youngest ever winner of the prestigious Glenfiddich Fiddle Championship and released her debut solo album “With Complements” in 2002. At 17, Patsy was a finalist in the original BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year Award and is now a member of the band Breabach who won a Danny Kyle Award at Celtic Connections 2005. Breabach have recently recorded their debut album with well-known producer Donald Shaw, which is due to be released in March 2007 by Vertical Records. The band has also recently been nominated for best Up and Coming Artist at the Scots Trad Music Awards 2006. Patsy graduated form Strathclyde University in 2004 with a 1st class Honours BA degree in Applied Music, specialising in performance and album production. She continued her studies in Manchester at the Royal Northern College of Music and after two years gained a Post Graduate Certicicate of Education with Specialist String Teaching and a Post Graduate Diploma in Violin Performance. Patsy is a tutor at the award-winning Taransay Fiddle Camp and Alasdair Fraser's fiddle course @ Sabhal Mohr Ostaig.
